Our Caregivers
Caring for seniors requires a certain temperament and skill. Our services is comprised of friendly, trained, and dedicated caregivers who understand, better than anyone, the needs of the elderly. They chose this profession because they accept the challenges and like the contributions they make towards enhancing the lives of people who, at one time or another, were more active and contributing to the world we live in today.
All our caregivers are carefully interviewed, screened, and background checked prior to becoming part of the Essential Home Care family. Many of our caregivers are Certified Nurse Assistants and some hold bachelors degrees in healthcare fields. Most of all, every one of our employees have one thing in common- experience. We also emphasize intangible traits such as a caring personality because we believe that character matters.
Part of our service is being able to match the right caregiver with the personality of your loved one. This is covered during the inital assessment so we can get a head start on making the right match.
